We have five rooms for hire, ranging from the large hall to smaller meeting rooms. We also manage and rent out the Gilder Hall fields for youth groups.

All rooms except for the gym have a drop down screen for projection. The community area is shared by all users and includes a sink, fridge and a hot water boiler. There are also basic crockery and cutlery available for users. The new kitchen will be a separate hiring charge – details will be updated here soon.

Notes
The rates are per hour. There is no longer a fuel surcharge. These rates apply from 1 April 2020. For one-off bookings there is a refundable £150 deposit which is returned on confirmation that the Centre was left in good condition.
Bookings are made with at least 15 minutes before and afterwards to allow for setting up and clearing away, though this may be increased to enable extra cleaning during restrictions imposed by Covid-19.
All day bookings and multiple room bookings rates are negotiable. Rates are at the discretion of the finance committee and Treasurer. Note that regular users receive a discount on these rates. For more information and availability contact us.
